The Texas District is hosting a "Concordia Plan Services Texas Roadshow" event in September to address just these types of questions. Concordia Plan Services was specifically formed by the Synod to help congregations with worker benefits. At our request, CPS is flying in benefit consultants for town hall and face-to-face meetings with church and school employers in Texas. This is your opportunity to learn from experts and plan effectively for your workers.

Are you aware that some church workers silently worry their benefits will be reduced or cut completely? As a church administrator, you can do many things to reduce these fears.
